I will be letting the Witch Club Satan know of this service as it certainly has turned me off of making this a family thing. Went to get hot dogs that went with the purchase of my ticket and was told that the person who handles that was not around and would be back at the second period. Totally unacceptable. Great game. When you buy a ticket that includes an extra such as food outside of telling me a specific area to go to which should be posted on my ticket, not being able to serve me on what I already paid for is wrong. Otherwise it was a great time with a great crowd and announcing staff and ushers. Very disappointed in the family pack. I do HP Pavilion as a name much better.....or better yet the SHARK TANK"
